✳ TERMS OF SERVICE
Clear terms, no small print.
These terms cover trials and licences for Brillienta products, support, and use of this website. Consulting projects are covered by a separate statement of work.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply between Brillienta and the organisation that installs or licenses a Brillienta product (“you”). If you sign an order form or agreement with us, it takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
2. Trial
Each installation starts with a 14-day trial of all Enterprise features, counted per Microsoft 365 tenant. The trial is free and does not renew into a paid plan automatically.
3. Licence
- A licence lets you use the product in the Microsoft 365 tenant named on your licence key, within the plan and seat limits on your order.
- Licence keys are signed and tied to your tenant; they may not be shared with other organisations.
- You may not resell the product, or modify and redistribute the package, without our written permission.
- Intranet Builder is licensed per deployment package as described on its product page.
4. Fees & renewal
Prices are shown on our website or in your quote, per Microsoft 365 tenant, excluding taxes. Annual licences are invoiced in advance. We will tell you at least 30 days before a renewal if the price is changing.
5. Your data
Your data stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant and belongs to you. We do not receive or process it through the products. You are responsible for your tenant's configuration, permissions, backups and the lawful use of the data you store. See our privacy policy.
6. Support & updates
A current licence includes product updates and support as described in our support policy. Updates are designed to add lists, columns and settings without removing your data.
7. Acceptable use
Use the products and this website lawfully, and do not try to bypass licensing, interfere with other customers or probe our systems outside our responsible disclosure process.
8. Warranty & liability
- We warrant that the products will perform substantially as described in their product guides. If they do not, we will fix the problem or, if we cannot, refund the fees for the affected period.
- Except for that warranty, the products are provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.
- Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
9. Ending a licence
You can stop using a product at any time. When a licence ends, the product keeps working for a 14-day grace period with a warning; after that it asks for a valid licence key. Your data is never deleted by us — it stays in your SharePoint lists.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless your order form says otherwise. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: hello@brillienta.com.
