✳ TRUST CENTER

Nothing to take on faith. Everything to check.

Our products run inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, so most of the security you rely on is Microsoft's — and controlled by your own IT team. This page explains what we do, what we never do, and how to verify both.

YOUR DATA

Built so we never
need your data.

The products are SharePoint Framework solutions. They run in the browser of the signed-in person, store records in your SharePoint, and use Microsoft's own services for everything else.

Stored in your tenant

Records live in SharePoint lists and libraries on sites you choose. There is no Brillienta database or vendor cloud, so there is nothing of yours on our side to leak.

Permissions you control

Who can see what is enforced by SharePoint permissions and Entra ID groups. Roles in the apps only change what is shown; SharePoint remains the authority.

Acts as the signed-in person

Microsoft Graph calls are delegated: the app can only do what the person using it is allowed to do. Each permission is requested per feature and documented.

Licensing without calling home

Licence keys are signed by us and checked inside the app with a public key. Each key names your tenant. The check reads only your own SharePoint — nothing is sent to us.

No tracking in the products

The products contain no analytics, advertising or usage tracking. Audit trails they keep are written to lists in your tenant, for your administrators.

AI only where you switch it on

AI features are optional and use services in your own agreement: Microsoft 365 Copilot for the Helpdesk agent, and your own Azure OpenAI resource for TaskManager.

PRIVACY

What we collect —
and what we don't.

On this website we collect only what you send us through a form or email. In the products, we collect nothing: your organisation is the controller of its data, and it never leaves your tenant to reach us.

We collect

  • Name, work email, company and message when you contact us or book a demo
  • The tenant name and plan we put on a licence key you buy
  • What you share with us in a support request

We never

  • Receive or store your employees' records, tickets, assets or tasks
  • Sell or rent personal information, or use it for advertising
  • Use advertising or analytics cookies on this website

SECURITY

Found a problem?
Tell us first.

Email security@brillienta.com with the product, version and steps to reproduce. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, keep you updated, and credit you when the fix ships if you would like.

Do you hold our data anywhere?

No. Product data stays in your SharePoint sites. If you send us screenshots or exports in a support request, we use them only to resolve that request and delete them when it is closed.

Which Microsoft certifications apply?

Your data is stored and processed by Microsoft 365, under the security and compliance commitments of your Microsoft agreement. Microsoft publishes its audit reports in the Microsoft Service Trust Portal.

Can you complete our security questionnaire?

Yes. Send us your questionnaire and we will complete it, and join a call with your security team if useful. Most answers are also in the product guides.

What happens if we stop paying?

After a licence ends, the product keeps working for a 14-day grace period with a warning. Your data is never deleted — it remains in your SharePoint lists, which you can open, export or keep as they are.

Can you access our tenant for support?

Only if you invite us, for example on a screen-share. The products give us no remote access, and we never ask for administrator passwords.

Where can we read your legal terms?

See the privacy policy and the terms of service. We can also sign a data processing agreement where your organisation requires one.
