BUILT INTO EVERY PRODUCT
HRMS, Helpdesk, Asset Management, Employee Directory and TaskManager share the same foundations — so the second one you adopt feels familiar on day one.
Creates every list, seeds starter content and secures it — and repairs itself after upgrades.
App roles map to SharePoint groups the app creates, so screens and real permissions agree.
A portal or workspace for employees: requests, approvals, their own records and kudos.
Approvals where they matter, reminders that escalate, and digests that summarise the week.
Editable templates with your logo, sent from your own mailbox — through a Power Automate flow or Microsoft Graph.
Dashboards, report libraries and Excel / PDF export of exactly what is on screen.
Other people’s changes appear within seconds, without reloading the page.
Logo, colour, wording, policies and custom fields — all set in the app’s own admin pages.
THE MICROSOFT 365 ECOSYSTEM
No new platform to buy or learn. Each product plugs into the parts of Microsoft 365 your people already use — the icons show which products use each one.
Hosts every app on a page and stores every record as a list item on your site — under your retention, eDiscovery and backup.
Add any product as a tab or personal app. Presence badges, one-click chat and project posts to channels.
One sign-in for everyone. Directory sync keeps people, managers and photos current; groups target intranet content.
Email is sent from your own shared mailbox. A support mailbox becomes tickets; tasks drop into your calendar.
The apps generate their own flows for email, reminders and scheduled sync — running on your connections.
Managed devices flow into the register with compliance and last check-in, assigned to their primary user.
Helpdesk builds a declarative agent so people raise, find and follow requests from Copilot and Teams.
TaskManager syncs with Planner both ways; the intranet shows each person’s open tasks from To Do and Planner.
Every list stays readable in Power BI, and every table exports to Excel or PDF with what is on screen.
Intranet search and content rollup use SharePoint Search, so every result is trimmed to what the reader may open.
Delegated and only for features you switch on — Helpdesk needs no Graph permissions at all.
TaskManager links and imports DevOps work items, and can use your own Azure OpenAI deployment.
SECURITY
What an app hides is also closed in SharePoint. Three independent layers decide what anyone can do: SharePoint permissions, the app role, and the plan.
MICROSOFT GRAPH PERMISSIONS
All delegated, approved once by your admin in the SharePoint admin center.
MICROSOFT 365 DEVELOPMENT & CONSULTING
The engineers who built these products take on custom Microsoft 365 work — from a two-week assessment to a full build.

Add the .sppkg to your tenant app catalog and deploy it.
Add the web part to a SharePoint page, or as a Teams tab.
It creates every list, seeds starter content and secures it.
Import the email flow and paste your key — or keep trialling.

No. Helpdesk, Asset Management, Employee Directory, TaskManager and Intranet Builder are standalone products.
Every installation starts with a 14-day trial of all Enterprise features, counted per tenant. After that, a signed licence key bound to your tenant unlocks your plan.
SharePoint Online and Power Automate with standard connectors cover everything core. Optional features use what they name: Intune for device sync, Microsoft 365 Copilot for the Helpdesk agent, your own Azure OpenAI for TaskManager’s generative features.
There is no vendor cloud to assess: data stays in your SharePoint, apps act as the signed-in person, and Graph permissions are delegated and per feature. Our security page and the product guides cover storage, permissions, privacy and audit in detail.
Yes. The products can be added as Teams tabs or personal apps, and layouts adapt to phone width.
